Boris is in fairly good shape.  A couple of vitamin deficiencies, but 
nothing a few good square meals wouldn't fix.
Ok, he's really healthy as an ox (and you have seen them in your 
travels.  Hobby farmers using them to plow fields).
He is well muscled, those are work muscles too, not from a bio shop 
or high tech gym.
He has the reflexes of a cat and his heart and blood pressure are 
that of a (fit) man ten years younger (Boris is 33).
Examining his blood, you see that he is up on his vaccinations and 
has a recent dose of the anti-allergens needed for this planet.
As for his chatter during the exam, you have met wittier men.
