"My intitial impression of Mr. Steiner is this. He annoyed me. I  
tried on more than one occasion to meet with him privately and was  
never able to have a meeting with him. I didn't speak to him more  
than a couple of times in the corridor of the ship. That's all I  
would put in a report Lieutenant. And I always keep my eyes open. I  
stay out of more trouble that way. There's nothing else to report  
really. And I have my instructions about who to report what I see to.  
I'm afraid you'll have to take that matter up with a higher authority  
Lieutenant. I'm sorry but even on the beach. I have my orders."
