[Pulp] GM Update

[Rob Miracle]

Well Kriger is waiting for a decision from the GM on if he 
intercepted communicaitons with the Rat and INS and then waiting on 
the Rat to respond to his percomm.

To recap, I want to remind The Rat that the Captain gave us orders to 
not report until we hear from him and we have not heard from him yet 
so I want to have the Rat stall on reporting.
