OOC:  Its not a lie.  I will be there as soon as possible.  As soon 
as possible is as soon as I get permission from my superior officer. 
My current operating orders are to not go until he says okay.  He has 
not called us yet, so "as soon as possible" is accurate.  Being that 
we are no longer INS, any thing coming from their office is a 
request.  Orders come from Captain Mitchell.
