He growls in mock anger as she snaps him with the glove.  Watching her walk away he turns to Boris;  "These human females take constant attention.  I was worried that this one would take badly to her mate leaving her so shamefully.  It seems that she is tough, like a good Vargr female might."

Boris looks over at Tez "Her mate was the one who fled on the Star Hopper? Hmmm. So, what do you do on ship?"

Tez saunters over to Boris.  "I'm the XO aboard.  I share the piloting duties and man the turret in a fight."  He looks back at the ship for a moment;  "Karl, the human that left the ship was her mate.  It was not a long relationship but as you can see our doctor tended to have intense relationships.  I was trying to distract her with a few presents, she likes presents." 

"So, are you as good with your weapons as you appear to be?  Do you have any other useful shipboard skills?  If you join us I'll need to fit you into the watchbills."

Boris stans and obviously looks Tez up and down. "Da, am good with what I have. Not best have seen but good enough. Am best with machines. Engines, computers, commo gear, are all my friends. I hear you have engineer though, not trying to make trouble. I bring my own tools" Boris kicks lightly at one of his bags that clanks and has obvious weight. "You can use skills, da?"
