Tez saunters over to Boris.  "I'm the XO aboard.  I share the piloting duties and man the turret in a fight."  He looks back at the ship for a moment;  "Karl, the human that left the ship was her mate.  It was not a long relationship but as you can see our doctor tended to have intense relationships.  I was trying to distract her with a few presents, she likes presents." 
 
"So, are you as good with your weapons as you appear to be?  Do you have any other useful shipboard skills?  If you join us I'll need to fit you into the watchbills."

Boris stans and obviously looks Tez up and down. "Da, am good with what I have. Not best have seen but good enough. Am best with machines. Engines, computers, commo gear, are all my friends. I hear you have engineer though, not trying to make trouble. I bring my own tools" Boris kicks lightly at one of his bags that clanks and has obvious weight. "You can use skills, da?"

Tez returns the appraisal; "We can use the help in the engineroom and maintaining the small craft.  We have a grav truck and a pair of bikes that need maintenance and I'm sure our perfectionist engineer can always use a pair of extra hands."  He gives Boris a friendly poke in the Vargr fashion;  "You'll have your hands full dealing with him though; he's obsessive enough to put even a Bwap to shame."

"If the captain and owner are ok with you then I'd be happy to have you onboard.  The pack needs another set of sharp teeth to deal with the trouble our patron seems to atract."
