  Kat nods to Karl and watches him go to the other ship.  Turning to Tez she just shrugs.  "I'm not sure.  I've always known he has had his secrets, I mean who doesn't, He's changed a bit lately.  It's like he's somebody else.  He doesn't talk as much and seems to be preoccupied.  It's almost like he already has left us and was only looking for an escuse.or alternate ship.  That's the kind of life he has led and I didn't think he'd change.  I just wasn't quite expecting right now.  Oh well, time to go through his stuff and see what THIS roommate has left behind. 
   
  Oh well, we need to do our job.  Time to make sure that Sir Jace and Annie are all set to step off the ship.  Coming Tez?
  Montez wags his tail with a sympathetic droop of the ears.  Karl had been a good comrade of his also.  He was sure there must have been some terrible fate awaiting him to make him leave his shipmates and mate.  Perhaps his friend had a more interesting past than he let on...
   
  He perks up as she waves towards Annie and Sir Jace.  "Let's outfit our team mates.  I'm sure there will be some good shopping to do."  He gives her a playful nip and wag;  "Perhaps we can find a local trinket that will go with the crop."
