OOc: Initially, yes, until he gets solid readings for himself. PLanetological data and records have become somewhat unreliable since the War broke out, and Gwerf has had a couple of bad experiences in the past that makes him err on the side of caution. Most times on any shore duty, he keeps his suit on, as it offers some protection and support stuff. Gwerf like to keep control of his immediate environment. Part of his eccentricities.

OCC: Dr. Gwerf is awarded a medal for upholding the fine traditions of Vargr paranoia and eccentricity.
