You arrive in the area of the bar in question and it doesn't look good.
There are several uniformed SPA security types are out front along with a
couple of one and two prisoner grav paddy wagons.
Locals don't seem to be gathering about and gawking.  They are moving
briskly about their business and are giving the SPA security personnel a
wide birth.
