You arrive in the area of the bar in question and it doesn't look good. There are several uniformed SPA security types are out front along with a couple of one and two prisoner grav paddy wagons.
Locals don't seem to be gathering about and gawking.  They are moving briskly about their business and are giving the SPA security personnel a wide birth.

Montez straightens up his jacket, smooths the fur of his tail and consigns his soul to Ghu...  He thinks for a moment about calling Jace or Kriger and then shrugs and decides to go for the high risk/high payoff approach, confident in his own charisma.

He will stride right up to the bar as if he owned the place and attempt to enter the bar or at least get a glimpse inside.  He will also glance over at the paddy wagons to see if there are any indications that they may be occupied.
