what that entirely involved but figured that if it's like any other official
agency, there was tons of paperwork to do and might take a bit.

Kat goes back over to the bar and looks at the bartender.  "Do you have any
munchies around?  May I now get something to drink?  I'm parched and, as you
see, my company at the table changed."  Kat leans on the bar and gives the
bartender a tired smile while she hopefully waits for refreshments.
