Perfect, he didn't turn it off.  Triangulate the return signal from it 
to get a direction and distance, map the location, and then head out to 
pay him a visit.  I know I'm going to get killed, but orders are orders.

 From there I'll go see if I can round up some info on our potential 
pursuers.
