The starport comm system dumps you into a generic voice mail box.
Not a general one for the system.  This one is assigned, but there is
nothing to identify it.

Montez will leave a message;  "This is Montez.  Mitch requests the assistance of Theo at the Ridge downport contact.  Contact him at [insert perscom code] or me [insert persom code]."  While he is talking he will keep his head down to foil lip readers.  Once done he is done he will hang up the handset and saunter towards the IN office.  Once there he will ideally find a coffee shop or cafe where he can sit and look things over.  He'll also keep his eye out for bars and such.

OOC: How far away is the office?  Also are there taxis and such?  If the distance is more than a quick walk and there are manned taxis he may take one in order to pump the driver for information.
