Hmmmm...Is that Montez sitting in a coffee shop on the other side of the 
  Atrium?
Has to be.  Nobody else has such a distinctive jacket.

GM Note to Montez.  You observed the two arrive, with Spruance leading 
the way, beeline to the Imperial Navy offices.  Now Gwerf is staring at 
you from across the atrium.
