The only other really interesting thing you find is that Surit has 
another cousin who would be really interested in your barrels.  Wood 
being at a premium on this planet and all that.  Seems he makes a 
"whiskey" based on a maize based seaweed hybrid.
Aging it in actual wood barrels would turn it into a viable exotic 
suitable for export and thus higher prices.
Of course, that is what the bastard traders who cheat him on the price 
do once they get it off world.
