The Navy boats, only small craft in port you find out, are docked in a 
restricted area.  The biggest thing they have is System Defense Boat, 
but that his currently on patrol in system.

With all the shower heads running at once, you can't hear a damn thing 
outside the shower...
Now if they bother to check there comms later...Jace certainly has no 
mind to look at the damn thing currently...
