Montez cocks his head at the Rat and wrinkles his muzzle in a smile; "Well, learning to be a Vargr might be tough.  The lack of a tail, fur, fine ears and of course real teeth are a huge handicap.  Perhaps Doctor Gwerf could work some kind of genetic magic but that's a lot of work to do even for him."  He pats the human engineer on the back vigrously;  "In the meantime the best bet is to show a bit more charisma within the pack."  He wags his tail;  "I can help you with that."

"Now about the other problem, well the captain wants us all together.  Perhaps he fears an attack."
