A decent enough place, better then some of the tube hotels that some 
people stay in when funds are tight.

There is a clerk on duty at the desk.  A young human male, dressed in 
colors that are actually in touch with proper style.  He doesn't notice 
you come in.  He seems to be swaying and tapping out a rhythm on the 
desk with his hands.
