Montez wags;  "Just imagine you are in a very large O'Neil colony, maybe one that is 50 klicks or so long.  I have heard some of the larger colonies are hard to distinguish from a planet as long as you don't look at the sky.  As to the loose water, it is just hydrogen fuel in a particularly practical form of storage."  He stops wagging;  "Can you swim?  We may need to arrange for your safety in the water."
