While he is talking he will keep his head down to foil lip readers. Once done he is done he will hang up the handset and saunter towards the IN office. Once there he will ideally find a coffee shop or cafe where he can sit and look things over. He'll also keep his eye out for bars and such.<br><br>OOC: How far away is the office? Also are there taxis and such? If the distance is more than a quick walk and there are manned
