With a slight sniff to gather her thoughts and several blinks of the eyes later, Kat answers the Marshall's question. "I'm sorry if you think that i am impeding a lawful investigation. It is certainly NOT my intention to do so. I merely thought that question had already been answered a couple of times over. BUT, if you wish me to answer again I will." Kat takes a big breath and clears her voice so that there won't be confusion (hopefully) this time in her answer. "To the best of my knowledge he is the captain of the ship. That being said, I also wanted to point out that Sir Jace is in charge of hiring crew and that I might not be caught up to date with the latest in rotation of crew."</div>
