Which swings wide around the side of the vehicle, With Wolfe's arm hanging through the hole you two made in the door. This has the effect of pulling Wolfe out of the box and dangling him with his feet several inches from the fast moving ground. And it also offers Wolfe an excellent view of the large truck, pulling a pair of trailers. Of which you appear to be in the trailing, trailer. The road surface seems to have been paved at one time, but has long since fallen into disrepair. The chunks of pavement or paving stones, you aren't sure have been the cause of your violent bumps along the road. Because of the dust in the air you are unable to make out who is operating the truck, but you do see an operator. For reference, Wolfe has fallen out on the right side of the trailer. Hs right arm is caught in the hole in the door. If the door bangs to hard against the side of the trailer, it could break his arm. So far he's been lucky in that the door seems to have the effect of catching the wind. So it hasn't been hitting the trailer. But it's getting closer each time it swings out. -- Stargate Command _______________________________________________ SG21 mailing list SG21 at travellercentral.com http://lists.travellercentral.com/mailman/listinfo/sg21 From zoe at travellercentral.com Fri Jun 1 22:25:24 2007 From: zoe at travellercentral.com (Zoe Brubaker) Date: Fri, 1 Jun 2007 21:25:24 -0700 Subject: [SG21] Bumpy Ride In-Reply-To: <4660EE37.90401@xipcodes.com> References: <465B9EE0.6090901@xipcodes.com> <4263AE71-51B7-4AD1-A9F3-5E930CC36C05@travellercentral.com> <465DF0A6.2060607@xipcodes.com> <84071E2A-369F-4781-A0B5-EF42E3B352D5@travellercentral.com> <7400AC32-052E-43CA-895D-D9CD913A56FA@travellercentral.com> <4660EE37.90401@xipcodes.com> Message-ID: On Jun 1, 2007, at 9:12 PM, Stargate Command wrote: > Fairly well. For all intents and purposes, you are inside a large rectangular box, with a set of floor to ceiling double doors at one end. All six sides of the room are smooth. -- Stargate Command _______________________________________________ SG21 mailing list SG21 at travellercentral.com http://lists.travellercentral.com/mailman/listinfo/sg21 From zoe at travellercentral.com Sat Jun 23 20:47:45 2007 From: zoe at travellercentral.com (Zoe Brubaker) Date: Sat, 23 Jun 2007 19:47:45 -0700 Subject: [SG21] An Opportune Moment In-Reply-To: <467DD1A4.9080107@xipcodes.com> References: <467DD1A4.9080107@xipcodes.com> Message-ID: <65A95248-CF1B-4ABD-B60B-EF27C70C239D@travellercentral.com> On Jun 23, 2007, at 7:06 PM, Stargate Command wrote: > For reference, Wolfe has fallen out on the right side of the trailer. > Hs right arm is caught in the hole in the door.
