Heh. Those are excellent qualities in a publisher -- from the 
perspective of a writer. They are not, however, relevant to a consumer, 
except to the extent that it also implies that they are likely to 
produce product on schedule (which is a good thing).

As for the MRQ vs Chaosium thing -- Chaosium is not a company to throw 
stones on the ethics issue. They have distinct problems with paying 
their freelancers, for example.
