more likely to be on a tramp freighter.

Heck, Tony Bourdain would be the celeb chef most likely to sign up  
for a tour as ships cook...as a series of episodes<http://

BTW, he travels with a crew of three: producer, cameraman, and sound  
person.

Now THIS would be a hella fun trip for a PC ship, as Bourdain  
assiduously avoids the ritzy tourist traps and always seems to find  
the most PC-ish places to hang out, where the locals eat drink and  
have parties.

(Well, except for the time the show landed in Lebanon 6 hours before  
the Israelis blew up the airport, stranding him and his crew in their  
hotel until the US Navy evacuated them.)
