I doubt we'll get drones before the Air Force gets into space in a big
way.  Drones aren't sexy.  Until sexy astronauts can replace sexy
fighter pilots, only the Army/Marines will use drones.  And they'll be
small and all-but-unarmed, because that's all the Air Force will let
them have.  Can't overshadow those sexy fighter pilots, you know.
