Depends on what you mean by "solved," Leonard.  Do those things let
them work undisturbed?  Maybe.  But whenever I get a call from someone
I don't know and I hear all that hubbub in the background, I know it's
almost certainly a cold call from a center.  So I'm ready to hang up
already.
