Rats.  That's supposed to be...

  Luminosity = 4Pi times R squared times Sigma times Temp (in K) to
the fourth power

where Sigma is the Stefan-Boltzmann constant (which equals 5.67 times
10 to the power of minus 8 Watts per square meter per degree K), and
Luminosity is the fraction (or multiple) of the suns luminosity.

So solve for R...

R = SQRT(Lum /(4Pi x Sigma x Temp (in K) to the fourth power))
R(inner) is this equation with Temp = 373K, and
R(outer) is this equation with Temp = 273K.

We know Lum (don't we?) and we know Pi and we know Sigma and we know
the Temp we want.  R is in meters, so we need to convert to AU, but
that's straight forward.
