John,

"RTT" is one of the two nicknames I've heard people use for the
version of Traveller being produced by Mongoose Publishing.  It stands
for "Riki Tiki Traveller", a play on the classic story about a
mongoose named "Riki Tiki Tavi".

The other one you'll see thrown around is "MongTrav".
