You woiuld have to bring THOSE up.  (Grin)  Yes, if you could get resolution
enough to see vehicles them you have a massive advantage and one that would
be very cheap to maintain, if the sat is self susstaining to start with.  It
would also be tough to bring that sat down, unless the enemy also has some
"space men".
