Ah, but if you aren't going to be attacked by AFV's you don't need an
ATGM, anyway a standard issue FGMP-15 sorts out most light AFV's ;).
Evil™ GM's allow the players to carry what ever they want and then
adjust the level of opposition to match, or be slightly above, what the
players take ("Boy, it sure would be nice if we had some grenades, don't
you think?").
