When I wrote up my Trade Tables years ago, I also wrote a similar set of 
MT task rules for use in my game. Now I just have to find where I put 
them.)

This is cool - I'll have to dig them out and see how similar the 2300AD 
tasks are to the way I was thinking. I know I included the same initial 
step: to determine if any cargo is available in the first place!
