Doubt it.  At base, the military justice system exists to promote
maintenance of discipline.  Justice comes in second.  Even if I had
won, I'd have still lost.  What would be the career prospects of an E3
clerk who managed to get a Captain canned?  No matter how richly said
Captain deserved canning?  Risking Leavenworth just didn't seem worth
it.  It still doesn't.
