Well, my IN uses space-black uniforms, so on them the outlines of the black
starburst are picked out in silver (at least on the dress uniforms).  The
rest of the uniformed services use different base uniform colors.  I saw a
list of these somewhere, but I can't recall where right now.  I think I'll
use those.

 If it is the starburst that's black, how about:
