If you notice in the cover copy, they talk about sites built after
1965 are having to be destroyed according to international treaty.
They say this to justify the rarity and high prices of the remaining
sites.  Yet one of their listed properties is just such an imploded
site, which the buyer/salvager gets the exciting opportunity to
excavate: "A great adventure waiting to happen!"

Essentially, they're selling a former hole in the ground - and the
explosion-damaged salvage which it MAY still contain - for something
like a third of a million dollars.

Sounds like they need to find some PCs to bid on this.  Right?
