Photo print the circuits onto the surface of the hull, stick the field
generator inside, ,generate some heavy duty gravity, no finesse, just LOTS
of it, and aim a conveniently selected isotope stream at the surface for a
few weeks. there's a surface on the armor of superdense. more time, more
armor. LOTS more field, it's REAL dense superdense- and you don't dare turn
the field all the way off for more than several seconds, or it starts
cracking and flaking and expanding- and maybe exploding. But plain old
superdense, sure thing, reclaim the generator for the next hull.
As for the non superdense hull, heaters or reflectors and insulators can
slow cooling, and let massive crystal growth take place. with careful
control of the alloy mix, it's crisiron.
Good foundational stuff for all sorts ofuses, including the underfloor for
the superdense layer.
