Hmm.  If they really depart every 6 hours, it would be quite a common
occurrence for Ship #2 to arrive before Ship #1!  In fact, it will happen
just over 1/3 of the time.

Actually, any 2 ships that leave within 33.6 hours stand a chance of
swapping en route.
