(Sigh). He was just one of many. My so-called 'career' in the games industry 
is one long litany of getting paid late, less or not at all. There have been 
some notable exceptions but the list of busted deals defies belief.

These days I only work with Mongoose (they pay, and even on time) and my own 
Avenger Enterprises.
