[TML] travel by freighter

At what portion of a fraction do you go to zero though? 0.5? or ?
This is what I was getting at - this sort of corner cutting is
designed to let you run on the cheap. So what are the practical limits
under various versions of Traveller ship construction (which
correspond with Imperial Regs, I imagine)?
