Yeah.  Actually, it *was* actually right around that time that the
first edition came out.

BTW, I was surfing drivethrustuff.com the other day (piling stuff up
in my wishlist . . . someday I'll actually *buy* some of it), when I
came across a promo for something called "Shall Not Perish."  Seems
like somebody is updating the timeline once again . . .
