Essentially correct.  It's been a truism for a long time that the
military - any military - is always ready to re-fight the last war
correctly, this time around.  That truism may finally be changing.
But until something in the new methods can be socially defined to be
as "sexy" as a fighter pilot, we'll still have fighter pilots.
