Okay, so I decided to go look at the Traveller previews Mongoose has
on their website.  Given my recent interest in deckplans for the Type
S, I clicked on the one for that.  At first glance, I was happy that
they finally gave it a real airlock . . . but then I realized they put
it in the outer starboard tip of the wedge shape.

Say what?!  The headroom as you enter from the ship can't be more than
a yard or so!  And the outer airlock door is shown as the extreme edge
of the hull!  Which can't be more than a few *inches* high!

Wait!  Maybe crew are supposed to crawl in one by one and then the
upper and lower hull surfaces open up in clamshell fashion . . .

Nah.  More likely, their deckplan designer's just another poor slob
who forgot to think in 3D.
