Reminds me of the time I was on the exercise rapid response team and
we tried chasing one of the NATO evaluators around the base.  We were
in a 2.5, he was in a Beamer.  Didn't take him very long to lose us.
<sigh>

More seriously - given Somalia/Iraq/Afghanistan/etc, one would hope
that current training doctrine does put MILES gear on "noncombatant"
vehicles.
