Why not? Just because I choose to use my own cannon which sometimes
includes published stuff and sometimes not? I play, when I play, with
Classic Traveller. I have never seen anything that says I can't make
stuff up.
Also when canon says something works but current tech says it can't,
you must find someway to make it seem like it could work. Many things
about how things are in Traveller have no explanation, I think this
one is as good as any and it is just one idea off the top of my head.
Not trying to say that is the way it is. I am trying to say open your
mind and get creative. Can you do better? I would LOVE to hear it.
As for my own game, check out my link on the sig.
