Very nice, but a minor nit.

It would be Baron Roberto Chang, OEG (or whatever order is appropriate) 
or Roberto, Baron Placename.  In causal speech Lord Chang would also be 
an acceptable form of address. As a general rule, you go with the 
highest honor unless it has been established beforehand that the noble 
wishes to scale back his honors. So the Baron could ask that he be 
introduced at a gathering as "Sir Roberto Chang, OEG" which would signal 
that he is there as a simple knight, not as a peer. It would a major 
faux pas to treat him as a baron in that case.
