Not necessarily.  Could be from the 1980's (which still makes it a
generation old . . . ye gads! . . . am I THAT old? . . .).  I say this
because the aunt of the owner of the motel I work at (she and her
sister *founded* the motel) is 96.  They just recently (last November)
took her car keys away.  They being the family; she still has a
perfectly valid driver's license, good until she's 101.
