That's strange.  When I finally gave in and ordered last night, I got
an immediate email back (from "Marc Miller" according to gmail)
telling me the CD was on the way and the book would be mailed out in
March.  And it wasn't an automatic notification, either.  Because when
I sent back saying I had ordered after hearing about the knighthood on
the TML and I was hoping I'd get one, he replied immediately, "There's
a blank knighthood in there!"

Want the address gmail says this came from?
