And just like those bulbs, it can be easily seen with the eye...
If you have a reference to compare with!
I've seen pictures that demonstrated the difference by having both in the
same room. The blue of flouro and orange of incandescent is obvious. But
under either alone, the eye easily adjusts both to "white".
