I ran a group in the GURPS Space Adventure "Beware The Health Police,"
which is set on a world ruled by a paranoid hypochondriac who's made
it illegal to be sick.  It took them a while to realize sneezing in
public could get them jail time . . .

They were *ever* so glad to finally make it past the extrality line again.
