Someone joked about needing 5 collectors to do the job in a month. Why
not have 500 collectors or 100 ships with 5 collectors that are all
linked?. This is in space using a hight tech level right? The survey
ships could be large and slow or where we talking war? I guess the
real problem is that the size of the collector varies with the square
of the distance scanned.
