Who's TU is this, anyway? 8-)  I don't have all that many people working in
the outer parts of the solar system.  Not yet.

I have a tendency to think things are harder than you might guess: Not
impossible, but slow. Sort of like the problem of building an entire
profitable private-sector space industry based on reusable vehicles...on a
shoestring budget.

 A universe built of pure armwavium just doesn't appeal to me.  One of the
things holding me back is that I'm still exploring the economics of solar
system development, so that I have some idea of what colonies have been
developed, when, how big they are, and what industries they have developed.
